This program is the most comprehensive course available that covers not just Yoga but also food and diet tips. People from around the world have enjoyed the 12 Week Yogalates Fitness Project. It starts off at a pre-intermediate level and increases in intensity. The last 3 weeks move to an advanced level. The course will push you to go beyond your comfort zone but you will have a great sense of achievement at the end of the course.

Sweat & Burn

Some of the most loved high intensity yogalates practices from the 12 week fitness project, beginner and intermediate programs all rolled into this one super crazy cardio intensive course to help you improve your stamina and burn those calories. Some of the sessions in this course include the 25 rounds of Surya Namaskar, The Crazy Core Workout and Cardio & Core workouts to help you improve your core strength. Sweat and Burn is sure to help you shed some weight if you also follow a healthy diet & lifestyle. 

Online Live Sessions

Workout online from the comfort of your home with Rashmi on the Zoom app. The sessions regular sessions, three times a week. Each session is unique and it will work on improving your asana practice, strength, flexibility, balance, overall fitness and knowledge of Yoga Theory.
